If you would like to return an item purchased from Toyzz, please contact a Toyzz.customer service representative at ibuyallmytoys@toyzz.com with the name of the item you would like to return and a brief description of why you need to return the item.

You have 20 days to return unopened items to us.  Opened items cannot be returned.
