4Good Product  Nov 05, 2009 By E. A. Lee ""I cannot live without books.""
I bought two of these binders for my kids because they love Pokemon and wanted a "Pokemon" binder. I had read reviews that other binders were not very sturdy. These, however, have not been handled with kid gloves and have held up great. They're VERY sturdy. They also are thick so we're able to add alot of pages. I'd totally buy this again.

5Bought for Grandson  Feb 13, 2008 By T. Holleran "winter527"
Bought Ultra Pro Pokemon Diamond and Pearl 9 Pocket Page Album for 8 year old Grandson's birthday. He went wild. The front is colorful and has his favorite Pokemon characters on the front. Plenty of room to add extra dividers. Plactic covered for easy care. This Grandma was a hit.

5Really, a good binder for your Pokemon fan!  Aug 08, 2010 By Silver
Like the person before me, I also wanted to write a review noting a different side to the story.

We love this binder. We have had it for 6-7 months or so now. My son's friends have asked where we got it and purchased one also. (We also have the similar black Pokemon binder that Amazon sells).

1. I don't know where anyone got the idea the card pages came inside it. Maybe, back in the day, that wasn't noted; but I thought it was pretty clear that was extra; and Amazon even suggests it when you click to add it in your cart.

2. Maybe 20 is too much; but you are paying for the Pokemon stuff on the cover. Quite frankly, it's very cute; much cuter in person!

3. We have had ZERO durability issues. My son is 8. He uses this white binder and his black Pokemon binder daily. He hauls them on overnights to friends. His friends go through them on the weekends. They lay open on the floor in his room for a day or two while he organizes and re-organizes his 800+ Pokemon cards. The rings get opened and closed as pages get shuffled. The dog lays on top of it (this is a 105 lb dog). It has dog hair sticking out of it, but is in great condition; no wearing, no rips. It even wipes clean easily. Maybe, the quality has changed from the first review to the date of the last few reviews, but not only would I purchase it again, I have...as a gift.

19 Pocket Page Album  Dec 03, 2008 By D. Fletcher
This was ordered for my 7-year old grandson. When it arrived my daughter called and said that (1) it did not have the 9 pages I assumed it would and (2) the overall quality was incrediably poor. When she saw I paid $14.99 plus shipping she said it was worth $2.00 at most. I emailed ToyWiz and was told they had nothing to do with the quality or the fact it didn't come with 9 pages but I could return it (at my cost, by the way) and they would credit my account less a 10% restocking fee! When I complained about that I was told because I was a "valued customer" they would waive the 10% restocking fee. My daughter paid to return the item and I was credited $13.50 which is the cost of the item less the 10% restocking fee. When I questioned my contact at ToyWiz she told me that because I negatively reviewed the product with amazon.com she no longer was willing to waive the 10%. There is absolutely nothing in her email that states the fee was wavied provided I didn't complain about the product but that exactly what they did. I have purchased from them before but would NEVER again and have told her she's lost a customer over $1.50. Certainly this is not about the money but rather the poor quality of the item and her reneging on her commitment to waive this charge. So I paid $14.99 plus the shipping cost both ways to get a credit of $13.50. I am out of pocket about $11.00! Why would anyone do business with a company that treats their "valued customers" in such a a fashion.

5My kids love this binder  Mar 14, 2010 By d
Sweet binder. My kids love it. It has made looking through, trading and showing their cards so much more fun.
