Great Customer Service Dec 21, 2011
By Karen L I ordered this item as a Xmas gift for my son. The packaged arrived earlier than expected and was as described. Item packaged very securely. One concern, after opening, product inside smelled of cigarette smoke. Media was very responsive to my feedback regarding the package and resolved quickly. Great Service, 5 out of 5. I will order fom Media again.
