This is a sweet toy, but for something that is supposed to be a bedtime nightlight for kids, it is way too loud! Pablo sings a nice little song, but there should be a volume control.

I agree that this toy is way too loud to be a bedtime toy.
Pablo is cute, but cheaply made. I can't believe how loud it is!
Pablo sings a sweet song but it is only a line or two of it. This toy would be SO MUCH better if Pablo had volume control and only sang a full length song. Instead he sings a line or two of a lullaby, then he says this rushed, frantic line about his firefly night-light, and then another obnoxiously loud and frantic statement.
It is more disturbing then relaxing. They need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

I got Pablo for my 4 year old son and he hasn't stopped playing with it, sleeps with it and goes well with all the Backyardigans DVD's we got him as well as they come to life through this doll.

It's perfect for the preschoolers who love the Backyardigans show. Pablo happens to be the boys' favorite in our house. Wish you made it for all the characters. (We have Uniqua, too. My grandaughter loves her.)

This toy is wonderful for kids that have trouble going to bed in the dark. It can take some ruff-housing too! My 16 month old is in love with this toy!
