I was rather doubtful about this toy when I found out it was "die cast". The quality of this toy, however, is exceptional. A little expensive, but when I found out what others were selling it for ($80.00 - 90.00), from Amazon, it is almost a steal. The manufacturer calls this a toy. But, truth to be told, the details are good enough to consider this a scale model.
Regarding my ratings above, I gave it an educational value of 1 star because, frankly, it is a TV toy. It is meant to be enjoyed not to educate.
If you are a fan, I can highly recommend this toy. The detailing is fantastic.

I loved the show as a kid, and even more now that I have the DVD's. And it is about time someone came out with an affordable, assembled model of this fine design in diecast metal. Great for the collector, and well worth the money.

I was surprised by how heavy the piece was and by the overall high quality. I have several of these Product Enterprise models and continue to be impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I highly recommend this very well made model to any Gerry Anderson fan.
