Good as a collecter's item Jul 22, 2005
Me and my Dad are big Speed Racer fans and his birthday was coming up. I decided to buy it for him while it was on sale. I got it home with the box saying no paint or glue required. All the parts are white except for some silver pieces, and some pieces(mainly the steering wheel) did need glue. It says for ages 8 and up. I am 11 and needed help from my mom. This is not a toy. It is good as a first model-kit. If you want a toy Mach 5 to play with, this is not for you.

Okay, I just wanted to let you know that I do like your model car of the Mach Five. However, my review above is based of what I hope the car to be. I know that I love Speed Racer and so I know that I will love this car. However, I have yet to put it together due to time restraints and will have to wait to do that over the holiday. I would suggest that you include the paint that is need to paint the car that would be much helpful and I know I would be willing to pay a few extra dollars for it so that I would not have to go out and worry over it. Overall though I do believe once i get it done I will love it bunches and thanks so much of having them available to sell to fans like me.
