We gave these out to our non-married guests as wedding favors and attached a place card with their name and table number. Everyone loved it! We had other penguin place card holders, but the guest list grew and grew, so we needed more and opted for these. It was so liked that someone took one that wasn't intended for him/her. Oh well. That's what happens when something is a hot commodity!!

This little penguin (about 4-5" tall aside from the hat) is one of the cutest I've seen yet. It has a little stubby carrot-like nose, a tubby little tummy, and little flappy feet. It's actually cuter with the hat sticking up, and is the most appealing of the Beanie penguins for the last several years except for perhaps the gray fuzzy baby penguin.

Cute, and not a bad price in this before-Christmas sale, but understand that these are much smaller than the average Beanie Bady... only about 4 inches high if you don't count the pointed hat. And there is NO top hanging loop, even though the ad copy says there is.
