The Pokemon Ball Watches I received were not as pictured, or described in the other reviews. The picture and descriptions show three different styles, each with 2 cards that can be inserted into the watch as a faux Poketch display. The items I received did not match either of the three styles, and I purchased 6 of them. The picture and the description also show that the watch opens up to reveal a hidden compartment presumably for little pieces of candy, and the description even says the candy is included. This is also not the case, as the watch does not open (I took one apart to be sure) and there is no candy either. What I did receive was a solid plastic digital watch wrapped in a plastic bag that resembles the picture. The buttons on my items are part of the paper insert on the watch face and are not real buttons as the picture would imply. These items are not as pictured or described and should be considered simply "POKETCH PROPS". I did not a get flip open watch with any of the pictured faux watch faces that make it look like a real Poketch. Of the six I ordered, 5 were blue and one was pink. The blue ones all had a simple face insert of two pokemon, and the red one had one of Pikachu. You would have to take the screws out and remove the plastic clear face to get to this piece of paper that makes it look like buttons and such, and even then, there are no other pieces of paper to insert as the picture shows and the descriptions imply.
Shipping was spot on and prompt, and I am sure the seller is a quality seller, however the seller appears to have overlooked that this item is not as pictured or described any longer. At one time they might have been, but what you get now is simply just a solid plastic watch with a solid plastic wrist band in a little plastic baggie.

I'll agree with a different review, this watch is extremely easy to set up. On the pictures it shows that the watch opens up and you can store candy? Well the toy actually COMES with candy! Mine was gone in one day!! It also comes with two cardboard pictures that you can slide into the watch to protect the time screen. When you want to see the time, you simply slide the cardboard picture over and there you go! The instructions ARE in Japanese, but you shouldn't really need them at first. I think there are directions for if you need to change a battery, but the pictures are clear enough that you shouldn't need to read it to understand. So don't go throwing those directions out thinking they are useless, you might need them later on!! Just a note: I found the plastic wrist strap that came with the watch very irritating. I stopped at Wal*Mart and picked up a new band for about $6. I advise doing that, so if you do, don't buy Velcro (it won't fit). I'll stop now so you can go ahead and buy this for your son, or daughter! Or maybe even yourself!!

It's a great toy, I wear mine every day. If you love pokemon or you know someone who loves pokemon,like me, BUY IT!!!!! It's worth the money. It tells the time and has two pieces of cardboard that are supposed to be "apps" that can be inserted into it. It also came with delicious candy. I LOVE IT!!!!!

My son is very into Pokemon right now so I ordered this watch and he was very surprised to receive it as we've seen nothing like it in the stores. He likes it very much and wore it for a week straight.
