Great first set of vehicles! Aug 13, 2007
By treesknees I bought our 1yo his first set to pack in my airplane carry-on bag. He already liked things with wheels, so I thought they'd be perfect. They're nice and small so they fit great in a diaper bag, and he can play with them in a restaurant high chair or even the changing table. I had to write this to respond to another comment that these cars are too small - I think that's just what my son liked about them! He can easily hold and maneuver a car with one hand, and he can make them "interact" with each other. It's now 8 mos later, and after purchasing another set, he still loves them. A nice alternative to the larger clunky vehicles.

Best First Car Set for Babies Oct 18, 2007
By Cindy We got the Hasbro rescue fleet car set as a birthday gift when my baby boy was one. He loved these colorful cars at the first sight. The smaller size of the car is just perfect for young toddlers to grab and handle. My older son has bigger-sized Tonka cars. However, my baby is mostly interested in these smaller cars which he can handle well.
These cars are very well made. It has been almost a year now and they still looks like new! My baby has been having so much fun with these cars. I got the construction set too. This is also a great set of cars. I can easily pack these cars in my diaper bag. It comes very handy for going to the doctor's office or grandma's house. Highly recommended for baby shower gifts and baby's birthday gifts!

Very small Jun 25, 2007

I bought these thinking they were a little larger. For smaill hands, these a little too small. The accessories, like the drag race set, is pathetic. If you can find the larger vehicles, that would be a beter purchase.
