Two boys' review: Batman fans are hooked while they learn Jul 27, 2008
By Jared Castle Looking for Batman toys for little kids who are too young to watch The Dark Knight movie but are old enough to like superheroes?
We bought two LeapFrog LeapPads a couple years ago and ordered this Batman book along with the Spider-Man book and The Incredibles book. Our two children have been using these books regularly.
The book provides language and math skills for first- and second-grade students. My kids started using this book at age three, at first only able to touch the pen to the words and listen to the narrator.
Now, my kids read along and have improved their math skills, too.

Great learning tool! Sep 09, 2006
By c2 What a neat book this one is! It's a little more difficult for a kindergartener but definitely get them started on this book. It teaches such a myriad of things - particularly hand and eye coordination. One of the games has them driving the batmobile through the streets of Gotham City to trap the bad guys (Joker, etc.) but if you slip up at all and accidentally get off the road, the game is over and the bad guy gets away. It definitely takes some skill and attention so if you're needing that, be sure to grab this book. This is one of those books that gets a ton of play in our house and I'm growing concerned that I'll have to buy a second one soon after this one wears out! Highly recommend!

Not worth the money Jan 07, 2009
By P. Sterczela This was really not worth the money. I bought it for my 5 year old nephew and thought it would be more educational but it was rather lame.
