Get ready for some constructive play. This 7-inch long, mean machine makes the biggest jobs seem small, with its fully functional boom and bucket. Turn the knobs on the back to extend, raise and lower the boom, and turn the knob in the front to tilt the bucket. Then, steer the 2-inch-high tires by turning the yellow, translucent knob. Put your building skills to the test with this authentic model, then re-build it into a front loader. Set includes building instructions for both models.

5A big bang for a small buck  Mar 21, 2006 By Eric Hulliberger "Legofan"
Lego 2006 Technic lineup features vehicles that are not only fun to play with, but also recreating technical aspects in today's construction and material handling industries. The Telehandler is no exception. For $30 US you get to build not only the telehandler, but also a front-end loader. Both models feature rear-wheel steering and very realistic functions similar to the machines they are replicating. The main model in this set has a front bucket that not only raises up and down and tilts, but also telescopes out quite far. I realize that a lot of Technic enthusiasts aren't crazy about the integration of smooth liftarms instead of the traditional studded beams, but many of the models created in the last few years look much more life-like with the smooth, curved liftarms. All in all, a good value for your money.

5LEGO  Jan 10, 2007 By Michele Bobrowsky "skygirl"
My 10 year old nephew was thrilled to receive this gift. I was not able to find this toy in any stores in my area so I tried Amazon.com and was surprised and happy to find it. I love the Super Saver Shipping. Thanks!
