Works like it says Aug 28, 2010 Only one of my monitors didn't work out of the package. Instead of sending it back I just used the other 3 monitors. Easy setup and very loud.
The Door alarm and Window alarm works separately Aug 17, 2010 Those who are buying this thinking that the door alarm and the window alarms works together in a full alarm system package like I did is wrong.
The door alarm works just as the door alarm or chime and the 3 window alarm works separately from the whole system. This is not a kit. It's just 4 separate alarms/chimes.
I do not suggest this kit if you are looking for an alarm kit. This makes a great kit for 4 chimes.
Right for the price. Jul 05, 2010 Unfortunately I had recently been robbed at night while I was at home sleeping and realized I needed something to alert me if someone were to open my door while I'm home. This unit has both a "Home" and "Away" mode and I use both. I even reccomended this item to my neighbor and he went out and purchased one as well. It is loud enough to be heard from a long way away and the first time I tested it my ears rang for a good 5 minutes afterward! For the price it really is an excellent product and it is easy to set up and program. It's certainly no where near the top of the line when it comes to home security systems but for my apartment it is perfect. I hope that anyone else who purchases this item gets the same peace of mind I got after installing it.
Awesome product! Jul 02, 2010 I've had this for about two weeks now and they work great!! The alarm is very loud and I feel much safer living by myself in my little apartment. I actually put on of the window alarms on my bedroom door so that I could have extra protection while I sleep. It's a great product and absolutely worth the small amount of cost.

Does what it's supposed to Jun 02, 2010 This does the job. We originally got it because my toddler would open the sliding door to the yard and it scared me. But putting this on each door really helps me not to worry. It also works great when my husband is out of town. It does the job and worth it. Very simple to use.
