This is an additional set for the Lil Kingdom. It includes a pink carriage, Princess Sonya Lee, Prince Michael and a horse that can either be connected to the carriage or the horse can be ridden all by itself. Also included is a dance area so that your Little People can dance and spin the morning away!
I've said it before and I'll say it again, imagination and play are so important for your child! Any Little People set or additional set can create hours of fun for both you and your child!

My almost-3-year old daughter loves this toy. She also has the Maid Marian set and loves having 2 princesses to ride in the carriage. She likes putting the knight from another set into the horse, and she can tell they all "go" together, versus her FP house. Because my daughter is a princess fantatic, this set was a huge hit: especially since Cinderella was re-released and *this* set has a carriage. Who knew a 3 year old would know what a carriage for a ball was? I think it's delightful she actually pretends to go to a ball and carries on conversations between the princesses.
For imaginative play, I gave this toy a 5 star rating. Our princess is a bit well-loved (some paint missing), but who wouldn't be after continual living in a little girl's pocket?
Definitely a recommended toy!

The reason we got this set vs the Maid Marrion set (that comes with two unicorns, one big & 1 little) is that you can ride the horse! A great addition to our Little People toys, my daughter nows asks us to get ther the casstle (but we already have the house, garden accessories, airport and farm accessories).
Since we have so many people already, two can ride the coach while one rides the horse and the prince and princess can dance.
Great fun for your horse/princess/Renn Faire/little people fan.

I sought this toy out for my 15 month old. She has the Little People castle and I wanted to expand it since she loves it so much. Her favorite part of her castle set now is the Night at the Ball. She loves to put the prince and princess into the carriage and place them on the spinning dance stage. It's very durable, she's even sat on the carriage and done no harm to it. This set was well worth spending a little extra on (we bought is used).
