5My son loves this!  May 08, 2006 By R. Martinez
My [...] son is a Dora/Diego freak and he got this for Christmas. He loves it! We also got the little expansion set that has Dora and Boots in bathing suits and a couple other beach things (a crab, sandcastle, sand slide). I just wish they made more parts that can go with this. They make a lot of pieces for the Dora's talking house and stuff but those figurines are bigger than these. And there are a couple little sets that will go with this (like the beach one I got) but they all have Dora and Boots again... I want other characters like Diego, Tico, Benny, etc. Although, I did see the schoolhouse which I will probably order now. But they still need more compatible pieces!

3fun but falls apart  Nov 10, 2005 By Livi's mom
My daughter loves this toy. She has the treehouse and the school house, she plays with them often. My only complaint is that they fall apart. She does not mind, I just snap it back together and she keeps playing.

3It was ok  Sep 29, 2011 By tadams
My daughter is three and loves Dora and I got this for her, she mostly just plays with the dolls and the boat on her big dollhouse, the tree house we put away. But like every toy it only holds the childs attention for a little while. But all in all she enjoyed it.

53 year old loves it!  Apr 02, 2011 By W D & E's Mom
My 3 year old got this about a year ago (at half the price listed here at my local Kohls!) and she plays with it just about every day.

It fits in a toddler sized backpack so it's very portable. We bring it on trips - good for plane, car, friend's houses, grandma's.

She plays with other size appropriate toys in it as well.

The door and back can pop off at times, but the one we have is super sturdy and it rarely happens. (We also have the Schoolhouse and the door and back pop off fairly often - luckily it's easy to put back together!)

Adorable solution if you want a small, portable type doll house and the fact that it's Dora makes it even more exciting for my Dora lovin daughter.

Tip: If you put the accessories in the bottom level when closing it up and the Dora and Boots in the top level, the door doesn't seem to pop open on its own as much, if ever. There is space at the top of the fold up back and the top of the tree so items can fall out - you can try putting all the accessories in the bottom, but keep an eye out if you're walking somewhere and your kid is the one carrying it (it's lightweight so they don't mind carrying it at all!). With all the swinging and banging into things, the door will probably pop open and pieces will fall out. I still love it and I'm kinda nutty about little things like that so it's really not that bad.

Just shop around and don't pay the price listed here!
