2falls apart easily  Sep 26, 2005 By hunnypot "hunnypot"
The house came apart within a few minutes of opening it. Also it folds as if you could take it along anywhere...which was why I primarily bought it, but all the pieces and dora figure fall right out of either the door or the opening above, so if carried by my child, we would loose the pieces right away. If you aren't going to take it anywhere, it may be worth it, but I am disappointed in it.

3agree that it falls apart, but...  Nov 10, 2005 By Livi's mom
Yes it does fall apart, but easily snaps back together. When I travel with the toy, I put the little pieces in a zipploc bag and take them along. My daughter loves this toy so it is worth it.

5This was an Angel Tree gift for a little girl  Jan 15, 2013 By Gary L. Brown
We bought for an Angel Tree little girl and she requested a Dora doll house. We were not sure which one but we hope she liked it.

4Cute toy  Jan 06, 2013 By Danielle
I bought this toy for my friends 2 year ild daughter. She loved it. Its smaller than I expected, but it folds up and its easy to play with.

53 year old loves it!  Apr 02, 2011 By W D & E's Mom
My 3 year old daughter has this and the Dora Let's Go Treehouse. She's had the treehouse for about a year and has played with it just about every day! We bring it on trips and it holds together just fine. You learn where to strategically put the characters (they do better on the top floor, with the furniture/toys in the lower level with the door. The door can sometimes pop open and pieces fall out, but the furniture pieces are bigger but lighter so they don't put pressure on the door and cause it to pop open.

The Schoolhouse door and fold down back do seem to pop off a lot easier than her Treehouse one, but it's still super cute, lots of fun (she especially loves the slide), and extremely portable. My daughter has a backpack and this fits in it perfectly. She also plays with some of her other character toys in it.

Overall, I highly recommend it. The only thing I would add would be a handle on the top instead of having to hold the rooftop. It works just fine, but I think a handle would be more fun and easier.
