I purchased this toy for my three year old granddaughter, who is very into all the Disney Princesses. She loved it. The clothing had a lot of nice detail,and the dog was very cute.

The Prince Eric Doll I ordered was pictured with his dog Max. When my daughter opened the doll at her birthday party this Saturday the dog was not there. She loves Prince Eric and I wasn't about to take it away and tell her she had to wait until I returned it and got the correct one

I purchased this doll for my Granddaughter's 5th birthday. She (as well as most girls her age) is totally infatuated with all things Ariel. I'm betting she had at least 20 different types of Ariel Dolls. Well, as everyone knows, a Princess must have a Prince - thus, the purchase of "Eric". He was the hit of the Birthday Party! After purchase, he arrived at my address quite quickly - making me, Granddaughter, and many Ariels very happy indeed!

The doll is hinged on all his joints (wrists, knees, etc) so it is harder to play with for young kids who while having him stand might press to hard and his joints will bend. But it's a good replica of the Prince Eric from Little Mermaid other than everyone who's seen him thinks his face a tad to narrow----if it weren't for that he's a great match! His clothing is nicely done with shiney gold "buttons" on his coat and his boots have an open seam all along the back of the leg to help children get them on and off. But if you change out his clothing his pants are difficult to get off at his ankles because of the hinge feature there so we've just told DD his clothes don't come off lol.

"I like this doll because he can dance with Ariel, and because I like his clothes and his gloves. He and Ariel do sports and do little tea parties. I got a bed for Eric and he goes to sleep at night in my room. He is so much fun to play with. All the girls should have an Eric doll."
