This product was a major disappointment. It stopped working soon after we opened it. We tried new batteries several times. Yes, we hit the reset button. It does not work. I'm surprised Disney lends its trademarks to toys so poorly made.

DRAWER DOESN'T HOLD ANYTHING! Nov 29, 2009

My daughter has always wanted a cash register, and she loves Disney Princess, so this seemed the perfect choice. She got this one for her birthday a few years ago. The drawer is less than 1/4" deep, so it doesn't hold anything. Who wants a cash register that doesn't hold any money?? It does have a calculator-type action, clear speaking voice, and is somewhat interactive. Nice little scanner attached. But without holding any play money (imagine as soon as the few paper bills that come with it get a little crumpled, they won't fit inside or they jam the drawer) what good is it?? We're looking for another one with a deep drawer for holding play money for Christmas.

I really think that this is about what I expected... My daughter loves it, she got it for this past Christmas and still enjoys playing with it. SHe is rough on stuff, and we have had no problems with anything breaking off or not working... so that is always a plus. Store is one of her favorite things to play so I am VERY happy with my purchase...I would have liked more things with it for her to ring up, but for the price we paid it was a good value.

My daughter loved the look of this product but didn't play with it much. The drawer is tiny and the lead on the scanner is short (I suppose for safety reasons) which made it difficult to use. So looks good but wasn't used much.

This toy was a hit with my daughter right out of the box..until a week later when it broke. We got another one..same thing. It's a peice of junk!
