Get Your Body Moving! Jan 17, 2010 Price was excellent. With four DVD's in the package, I gave my daughter the two advanced
ones and I am happy with the easier basic core moves.

Not Satisfied Jan 06, 2010 I was very excited to start these DVDs, however, the quality was not good, and they move to slow during the movements- you don't really feel like you're dancing. The dancers focus too long on each move, so you are constantly repeating every move for at least 5 mins, before you move on to the next move- to slow pace for me.
Core Rhythms Dec 17, 2009 This is a great way for anyone to take latin dance and turn it into an excercise routine. If your tired of the normal excercise routine then you'll love this new workout and the factor of shedding pounds. You will lose weight with the every twist of your hips.
Has its benefits Dec 13, 2009 The moves on these DVD's are not easy and do require you to practice, but are fun once you have it down. (Start with the 'Kick Start' DVD.) I agree that the moves from one DVD to the next are generally the same. Though, you will feel it in your abs and you WILL sweat, the DVDs won't be your saving grace. I think this DVD set works best when coupled with other "ab focused" workouts directly after, while your heart rate still is going. (worked for me)
Even before I started combining this with other exercises, core rhythms worked well and I did notice toning. The exercises here also toned my thighs and legs. All in all a good buy, however, dont bother buying every DVD.
Fun ab work! Dec 06, 2009 I really enjoy the videos. They are lots of fun and really give my abs a great workout. It does take some coordination, but I think it is pretty easy to get a hang of.
