This is the first piece of stoneware I ever bought. I didn't even know what it was until a Pampered Chef hostess came to our apartment complex to do a cooking show. She demonstrated how to bake a Killer Kahlua Fudge Cake in it right in a microwave! Delish! That cake has become a regular item every holiday season decorated with powdered and green sugar with cinnamon red hots. A true work of art! For additional recipes try the The Pampered Chef : Stoneware Inspirations cookbook. It is wonderful for giving you additional eyes on how to use this flute pan. Of course you can just bake a regular cake in the oven with it if that is your desire. By the way, it is also surprisingly easy to clean. I am really glad I bought it!

I had one of these before and have no idea what happened to it. I only make one kind of cake in it but I like to make it often. Very happy I have one again.
