5The Checkered Flag Is Yours  Jun 12, 2006 By Bethany Forster
I bought this for my little Bub (14 months) and he loves it. He loves anything that has wheels and I picked this car because you simply had to shake it to make it go.

After 7 or 8 shakes for optimum performance, this toy goes quite far. The only drawback is the lack of variety in phrases. I think it only has two. Anyway, the car is easily operated by my son and if the phrases start to drive me bonkers, I can switch it off and Bub still zooms all over with it.

Bub is also very rough with toys (tossing and such) and so far, McQueen is doing very well.

2Poor battery life and faulty cars  Jan 07, 2007 By George Pluck
The McQueen car went first. Motor sounds worked but no voice and rear wheel activation. This, after about two weeks of play.

Then the King car stopped working. Same thing, no voice or rear wheel activation. The cars that came with the Shake 'N Go race track are holding up but go through the batterys. The cars have a tough plastic shell and alot of thought has gone into the details. One gets the impression of a quality toy when handeling it and they look good just sitting still. But, that is not what we get them for.

5HYBRID  Jan 04, 2007 By Momma you look cute!
I purchased the race track set for my three year old son as a Christmas gift. He loves it and I get a kick out of it also. The only negative was the battery life for the cars. I went to Wally World (Walmart) and purchased a couple sets of Rayovac Hybrid batteries and the work great. Best of all, because these cars will not take the Energizer rechargable batteries (due to them not being alkaline) the Hybrids are great because they work like alkaline but are rechargeable.

5We love these cars!  Sep 25, 2006 By Lady Donna DMU
All of the shake n go cars have been a big hit for my son! He loves the original set, the off-road set and of course...the Disney Pixar Cars themed set. The McQueen car is frantastic and my son adores it!!!!

5Great Little Car  Jul 17, 2012 By Cyndi Uhlin
My newphew absolutely loves this car! He likes to make us stand and pretend we are tunnels so he can send the car through our legs and then we have to send the car back through his. It's a great little car and goes a lot further then I thought it would.
