In the Disney/Pixar movie Cars, Strip Weathers (a.k.a. The King) is the reigning champ, having won the Piston Cup many years in a row. Just shake him up to start his engine--you'll hear engine sounds, and he'll say memorable phrases from the movie. (He's one gutsy racer!) The more you shake him up, the longer he goes! Race him up to 20 feet or on the Shake 'n Go! Speedway (sold separately). Requires 3 AA (LR6) alkaline batteries. Vehicle measures approximately 5 1/2 inches long by 3 1/2 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches high.

5The King's greatest car  Jul 25, 2006 By J. Sledge "piratejoe"
My nephew has this car. While it's pretty simple, it is a really neat toy. The car looks way cool. When you shake it, the engine starts up, then Richard Petty talks to you and the car takes off. The review says it goes up to 20 feet, but I think it will go further. It went well even on carpet. This is easy enough for a 3 year old to work, but it also would be good for any fan of Richard Petty. How often do ya find a running Superbird these days?

4It was great...at first...  Feb 15, 2010 By Joseff K. Tabisaura
I liked the idea of these shake and go's it was a cool product a cool idea and interactive for the kids. Then we got more than three of them and they take three batteries each. I use rechargeable batteries but man we had at least 6 of these things and that's 18 rechargeable batteries!! They used up pretty much all of my stock. The kids will still play with them to this day and we got these things over two years ago. They're a cool toy but take a lot of batteries if you have more than just a few.

4Good, though not Great  Nov 21, 2009 By L Gontzes
I bought this Cars toy for my 22-month old son at a regular toy store a couple of months ago (he is big into Cars and so are we), though, surprisingly, he never really took as much a liking to it as the smaller, regular, Cars. I've come to think that I like it more than he does... 3.5 Stars

5love the shake and go  Jan 09, 2007 By Mx2 Mom
My two year old has several of these cars, and the race track. He loves all things Cars, so these were a big hit. All of the Shake and Go Cars talk before they run, which he especially likes. They are VERY easy for a toddler to operate, but his four year old sister enjoys playing with them, too. They don't run for very long per shake, but that doesn't seem to bother him at all.

5Perfect gift for our nephew  Jan 09, 2007 By Michele Krane
Our Nephew is very in to the Cars movie and toys. We bought the King car and two others for him. I love this part, we had them sent to him since we would not be with him for Christmas. When the packages arrived, his mother gave him the boxes and said they were from us for Christmas, he shook the first box and is began to rattle because of the car inside it. He then went to the other two boxes and shook them too. His mom asked if he wanted to open the boxes and he said no that would break them. He thought the shaking boxes were his present.
