Simple but effective wall heat Feb 18, 2012
By D. Harris Fairly easy to install in the wall mount of an old heater. This is a simple heater, with a single on-off switch plus thermostat all in one control. I would prefer a separate on-off switch, so that heat settings would be preserved if you turn it off at night, and with the controls near the top of the unit rather than near the bottom. Noise of fan seems less than the old one.

Nice heater Dec 10, 2009
By M. Vince Brewer

Kicks out some real heat at the 4kw level. we put it on a timer and had it come on and off automatically, problem was the fan wasn't allowed to cool the heat coils down enough and then it would trip the high heat sensor. The it wouldn't start back up without hitting it's reset. Bad application for it. The fan has to cool down the coils after the termostat is satisfied.

Good heater Mar 31, 2013
By D. DeCarlo They are better in almostevery way. with these. They are better in almost every way. Pretty quiet and don't start blowing until there is heat. The thermostats seem to be set pretty high as they run pottery much constantly. Also I have 12 wire and 20 amp breakers which pop occasionally so if possible go with 10 wire and 30amp.

New and Improved Feb 25, 2011
By John D. Farr

We have some cabins on electric heat and the wall heaters were old, the wiring was about shot and the heating elements were not efficient. In searching for good, solid, latest technology wall heaters, Broan came up with the best heater we could find. We installed 7 of them. Instant improvement.
