 Durable, detailed modern plastic army men Dec 22, 2008

These have to be the best modern plastic army men on the market at this time. They are worth the price at a dozen per package. They wear today's army gear and carry what look like authentic weapons. They come in three different camoflage colors, though each set comes in only one of these colors. I wish that the seller could offer a choice of colors. My only complaint is that their helmets look somewhat like those worn by the "keystone cops". But for livingroom or backyard battles, these troops can't be beat. They are made of very durable plastic and have painted details as well.

The feature detail of these pieces is amazing! You can almost see the looks of fear and hatred in the opposing soldiers' eyes. A couple of the soldiers appear to be eying each other in a rather "comely" way... but, don't ask, don't tell I suppose.

Let me start by saying, I love these figures, there aren't any figures like them (that I know of) on the market. However, there are a few flaws that I really can't get over.
1: The helmets sit way too high of their heads, making them look like British policemen.
2: The weapons were almost completly bent when I got them.
3: There are no "Blue" army men like there are in the picture.
4: Tha paintjob isn't that good. It's almost not worth it.
I ended up putting hay on their heads for scrim and spraypainting them one general green. I would buy these figures, if you have time to modify them.
